From 1993 through 1996 Mr. Li was CEO of Pacific Rim Trading and Investment, which specializes in business development and trade between China and the US. While with Pacific Rim Trading, Mr. Li developed extensive business relationships in China, Hong Kong, Japan, and North America. Mr. Li has also been a lead business application developer for IBM in Boca Raton, Florida, and for Great Wall Computer Corporation in China.

Mr. Li holds a Masters of Computer Science from Florida Atlantic University and a Bachelors of Computer Engineering from Tsinghua University in Beijing.

Mr. Li is a current member of the Electronic Media Committee of American Business Media.
